When you book, we receive the details needed for your stay: name, contact details, travel dates and number of guests. When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address and message.

Why

To handle your booking and questions, and to meet our legal obligations, such as registering guests with the Portuguese authorities.

Who processes it

Bookings and payments are handled by our booking system and payment provider. We do not sell your data.

How long

We keep your data no longer than necessary, or as long as the law requires.

This website does not use tracking cookies. The booking module may place functional cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to view, correct or delete your data. Email us and we will respond within a month.
